Arvensis Search and Battery Associates are delighted to announce that registration for the Battery Employer Conference is now open
Presenting proprietary research into the competitive landscape relating to talent in the battery value chain, Arvensis has again partnered with Battery Associates to produce this independent research and event.
The qualitative and quantitative research which forms the basis of the Battery Employer Report and the Battery Employer Conference was conducted across the entire battery value chain from mining through to recycling. It covers interviews and surveys with businesses and HR leaders of all sizes of businesses.
Lack of talent in battery markets is real
The results highlight that businesses suffer from a lack of talent in real terms and that there is a disconnect between the employers and candidates leading to long term open positions and salary inflation. The report will be available shortly and forms the basis of the Battery Employer Conference.
A conference to meet employers and talent virtually
The Battery Employer Conference is chaired by Thilmann Vahle from Systemiq and brings together industry leaders, HR leaders, academia, and government representatives will discuss the main trends and best practices related to solving the talent & skills shortage in the battery value chain. The event also offers a CareerExpo to connect talent with employers for open dialogue.
Speakers from Battery Associates, BASF, UKBIC, Innovate UK / Faraday Challenge, University of Warwick and more
Speakers from different constituents such as UKBIC, Faraday and University of Warwick will participate in open dialogue. The CareerExpo will provide a chance to connect and talk about employment opportunities.
